1. Customer Care and HR Executive
Roorkee : 0-2 Yrs Full Time

Responsiblities

• Attend customer call and resolve their issue
• Need to join training in company for Zakm software.
• Need to talk to candidates and make them understand about the compnay
• Train the customer about the product.

• Exp - 1 to 4 years or Freshers can also apply
• Any Graduate
• It is good if have some experience in customer care or in any call center.
• Proficient in computer knowledge.
• Having knowledge of any billing software.
• Good communication
• Good listening skills.

• Need to go to filed specially whole saler and show them the demo of product.
• Conduct filled visit and go to old customers and resolve their doubt if any.
• Provide support and guidance to customer.
• Represent the compnay in a positive manner.

• Must have 1 year of experience in Field Sales (Mandatory)
• Comfortable to work for B2B clients.
• Must have good negotiation skills and sales.
• Relationship-making skills should be good.

• Need to develop new feature and fix bugs. Candidate should be good enough in logical and lexical analysis.

Preferred candidate profile:
• Must have 1 year of experience in Software development
• Comfortable to work in .Net WPF.
• Must have good programming skill.
